Washington issues Helion radioactive-materials and air-emissions licences for Orion

Washington's Department of Health issued Helion a Radioactive Materials License and a Radioactive Air Emissions License for its Orion plant in Malaga. Helion says it is the first fusion company to hold the licences needed to operate a fusion power plant.
