Chelan County grants a conditional use permit for Orion's fusion generator building
Chelan County granted Helion a conditional use permit for the fusion generator building at Orion in Malaga, Washington, after a hearing examiner review and state environmental review. Support buildings have been under construction since July 2025; Orion is meant to supply Microsoft from 2028.
