Tokyo Electron and NVIDIA expand collaboration on AI agents and robots for chip fabs
TEL and NVIDIA widened their work to build AI agents and robots for semiconductor fabs, using NVIDIA's agent toolkit, Isaac robotics platform and Omniverse digital twins. The goal is AI-driven maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of TEL's tools under its Epsira concept.
