TeraWulf completes CB-3 for Fluidstack, bringing Lake Mariner to 102 MW; CB-5 moves to early 2027

TeraWulf finished delivering the CB-3 building in early July 2026, lifting revenue-generating capacity at Lake Mariner to 102 MW and activating $600M of Google's credit support for Fluidstack's lease. CB-4 and CB-5 add 336 MW more.

• First CB-4 data hall in commissioning; rent expected to start in H2 2026.
• CB-5 phased delivery now targeted for early 2027, after an earlier H2 2026 target.
