Tempo raises $500M Series A at $5B valuation, led by Thrive Capital and Greenoaks
Tempo closed a $500M Series A round at a $5 billion valuation, one of the largest blockchain funding rounds. Lead investors Thrive Capital and Greenoaks were joined by Sequoia, Ribbit Capital, and SV Angel. Stripe and Paradigm did not take diluted equity but remained founding partners.
