Stegra closes its €1.4B financing round, fully funding completion of Boden

Stegra closed its €1.4B financing round led by a Wallenberg Investments consortium including IMAS, Temasek, Bolero and SEB-Stiftelsen, with many existing shareholders reinvesting. Second-lien lenders led by AIP Management converted to direct equity investors. Closing received 100% approval from the lender group and fully funds completion of Boden's green steel plant.
