Starknet v0.14.0 'Grinta' moves from one sequencer to three running consensus

Starknet v0.14.0 'Grinta' (released Sept 1, 2025) replaced the single sequencer with three sequencers running consensus and taking turns building blocks (all still operated by StarkWare at this phase). The upgrade adds subsecond pre-confirmations, a shared mempool, and independent L2 gas pricing decoupled from Ethereum.

• Three sequencers now run consensus with subsecond pre-confirmations; full decentralization with staker-run validation planned next.
• Unified mempool syncs across sequencers; L2 gas market independent of Ethereum (minimum base price 3 gFri).
• Future roadmap: staker participation in consensus voting, then throughput >1000 TPS via Cairo Native and reduced proving costs.
