Standard Nuclear lists on the NYSE as STDN after a downsized $150 million IPO

Standard Nuclear sold 10 million shares at $15, raising $150 million, and began trading on the NYSE under STDN on 16 July 2026. It had first marketed 18.3 million shares at $18-21. The company makes TRISO fuel and radioisotope power systems and says it is the only independent US maker of TRISO fuel.

  • 10 million shares at $15; underwriters hold an option on 1.5 million more.
  • Originally aimed to raise about $356 million at $18-21 a share.
  • Revenue $3 million in the 12 months to March 2026; backlog up to $245 million.
