Spirit AI raises RMB 1.5B Series A+, taking 2026 funding to nearly RMB 5B

Spirit AI announced a RMB 1.5 billion Series A+ from US-dollar funds, industrial investors and state funds, bringing its total raised to nearly RMB 5 billion in four rounds since February. It also said its Spirit v1.6 model had reached first place on the RoboArena leaderboard, ahead of NVIDIA and Physical Intelligence models.
