SpaceX completes its $60B all-stock acquisition of Anysphere; Cursor joins SpaceXAI
SpaceX completed its all-stock acquisition of Anysphere, maker of the Cursor coding editor, for about $60 billion, widely reported as the largest startup acquisition on record. SpaceX issued about 391 million Class A shares, confirmed in an 8-K filing. Cursor becomes a wholly owned part of the SpaceXAI division, with access to the Colossus supercomputer.
