SP1 Hypercube proves 99.7% of Ethereum blocks in under 12 seconds with 16 GPUs

Succinct demonstrated that SP1 Hypercube can prove 99.7% of Ethereum L1 blocks in under 12 seconds using 16 NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPUs, with 95.4% completing within 10 seconds. The zkVM represents a 12.5x efficiency improvement from earlier prototypes requiring 200 GPUs, and is the first general-purpose hash-based zkVM to eliminate proximity gap conjecture assumptions. Formal verification of RISC-V opcodes was completed in collaboration with Nethermind and the Ethereum Foundation.
