Sierra raises $950M at a valuation above $15B, led by Tiger Global and GV
Sierra raised $950M in a round led by Alphabet's GV and Tiger Global, with Benchmark, Sequoia and Greenoaks joining, at a valuation above $15B, up from $10B in September 2025. The company reported about $150M in annual recurring revenue and customers covering more than 40% of the Fortune 50.
