Recursion completed its combination with Exscientia on November 20, 2024, making Exscientia a wholly owned subsidiary and delisting its shares. The merged company joined Recursion's cell-imaging biology platform with Exscientia's AI chemistry and a pipeline of more than 10 clinical and preclinical programs.
