Realta Fusion picks Madison's former Oscar Mayer plant for its headquarters and R&D site

Realta will put its headquarters and research facility in the former Oscar Mayer plant in Madison, backed by up to $55 million of state and city incentives. Construction should start by the end of 2026; Realta pledged $67 million of building work and at least 157 new jobs, aiming for 600.

- About 50 staff now, 70 targeted by end of 2026.
- Includes 45,000 sq ft of manufacturing space.
