Quantum MotionFull-Stack Silicon CMOS Quantum Computer
Quantum Motion delivered the first full-stack silicon CMOS quantum computer to the UK National Quantum Computing Centre under its Quantum Computing Testbed Programme. The four-qubit unit cell, built on 300mm foundry wafers, fits in three standard server racks and is the first silicon spin-qubit system to demonstrate reliable gates, entanglement, and measurement at a major research facility.
- System uses standard 300mm CMOS wafer technology, same process as consumer electronics
- Four-qubit footprint occupies three standard server racks with minimal power draw
- Demonstrates gate fidelities >99%, state preparation and measurement >99.9%
