Production begins on the new ANKA-3 configuration, with first flights expected late 2026 or in 2027

TUSAS CEO Mehmet Demiroglu said production has started on a revised ANKA-3, shaped by flight and ground tests of the prototypes. It carries more weapons and stays up longer, and should first fly in late 2026 or during 2027.

  • Payload up from about 1,200 kg to 1,700 kg.
  • Design changes aim to extend flight time.
  • Keeps the flying-wing shape and internal weapons bay.
