Polygon spins off Avail as a standalone data availability layer startup

Polygon Labs announced the spin-off of Avail, a data availability layer founded by Polygon co-founder Anurag Arjun and Prabal Banerjee. Avail was designed as a modular DA solution for rollups and app chains.
