Phase 3 PALISADE study of plozasiran meets primary and all key secondary endpoints in familial chylomicronemia syndrome

The Phase 3 PALISADE trial in 75 FCS patients showed plozasiran achieved an 80% median reduction in fasting triglycerides at 10 months with the 25 mg dose, compared to 17% in placebo. All key secondary endpoints were met, supporting FDA submission.
