FDA approves Redemplo (plozasiran) for familial chylomicronemia syndrome

The FDA approved Arrowhead's New Drug Application for REDEMPLO (plozasiran), an siRNA targeting APOC3 for FCS. The approval was based on Phase 3 PALISADE data showing substantial triglyceride reduction, the first RNAi therapy approved for this rare lipid disorder.
