Phase 3 CORE and CORE2 trials of olezarsen show up to 72% triglyceride reduction and reduced acute pancreatitis in severe hypertriglyceridemia

Phase 3 CORE and CORE2 trials in severe hypertriglyceridemia patients showed olezarsen achieved up to 72% placebo-adjusted triglyceride reduction at six months. The trials enrolled nearly 1,100 patients on standard of care. Olezarsen demonstrated an 85% reduction in acute pancreatitis events, the first therapy shown to significantly reduce pancreatitis in this population.
