Perpetua reports an antimony trisulfide pilot plant at Idaho National Laboratory and new Stibnite drilling results

In a construction update, Perpetua said a plant at Idaho National Laboratory that turns antimony into antimony trisulfide, a material used in ammunition, opened on 29 July. It is part of an Army-backed effort to rebuild a US supply chain.

  • Defence awards since 2022 now total about $87M, including $59M of Defense Production Act funds.
  • A new $4.7M award lifted Army ordnance-consortium funding to $27M.
  • A federal court affirmed the project's approvals on 18 August 2026.
  • Exploration: 4 rigs, about 5,800 m of a 10,000 m program drilled.
