Pairwise launched Conscious Greens on May 16, 2023, the first food in the U.S. developed with CRISPR technology. The mustard green blend, featuring up to double the nutrition of romaine with a fresh unique flavor, went first to restaurants through Performance Food Group, with grocery stores to follow in late 2023.
