In its January-February 2025 progress update, NewLimit reported three transcription factor sets that restore youthful killing function in aged CD8 T cells and ten additional sets that make old T cells appear young by gene expression profiling. These findings come from screening over 4,000 combinations across hepatocytes and T cells.
