Musk outlines AI6: about twice AI5's performance, LPDDR6 memory and large on-chip SRAM; adds an AI6.5 at TSMC Arizona

With AI5's design finished, Musk said AI6 brings "a true doubling of performance over AI5" and fixes shortcuts the team took to move fast on AI5. About half of AI6's accelerator area is on-chip SRAM, which he says gives effective bandwidth an order of magnitude above DRAM. A mid-cycle AI6.5 will be made by TSMC in Arizona.
