Midea completes full acquisition of KUKA through squeeze-out of remaining shareholders

KUKA (Midea Group)/KR Industrial Robot Series

Midea Group acquired the remaining 4.69% minority stake in KUKA in November 2022, completing a full 100% acquisition. Minority shareholders received €80.77 per share in cash compensation. The squeeze-out, which was approved at the May 2022 Annual General Meeting, became effective with the November entry in the commercial register.
