Latent Labs unveils Latent-X2, generating drug-like antibodies without optimisation rounds

Latent-X2 designs antibodies and peptides meant to be drug-ready on the first pass. On 18 hard targets, half yielded binders from just 4 to 24 designs each. Designs matched approved antibodies on manufacturability measures and caused little immune activation in human blood tests.

• Low cytokine release in ten-donor T-cell assays.
• K-Ras peptides comparable to hits from trillion-scale screens, using far fewer sequences.
