Kodiak delivers its first customer-owned driverless trucks to Atlas Energy Solutions
Atlas Energy Solutions completed 100 driverless loads of frac sand with its two customer-owned Kodiak RoboTrucks in the Permian Basin, marking the first time a customer took ownership of autonomous semi-trucks and ran commercial driverless operations. Kodiak established an 18,000-square-foot support office in Odessa with 12 employees, growing to 20 by Q1 2025.
