KLA fiscal 2026 revenue reaches $13.58B; guides about $4.0B for the September quarter

KLA reported fourth-quarter revenue of $3.66B and full-year revenue of $13.58B, with process control the bulk of it. The CEO tied demand to AI infrastructure, where more complex leading-edge chips need more inspection.
