Insilico launches Phase III trial for Rentosertib, first AI-discovered drug in Phase 3

Insilico announced initiation of GENESIS-IPF-3, a 320-patient Phase III trial of Rentosertib (TNIK inhibitor) in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This marks the first generative AI-discovered drug to enter Phase 3, and first patient dosing occurred on September 9, 2026 in China.
