First patient dosed in GENESIS-IPF-3 Phase III trial of AI-discovered drug Rentosertib

Insilico dosed the first patient in the Phase III GENESIS-IPF-3 trial of Rentosertib on September 9, 2026 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital enrolled its first patient the same day. The 52-week trial enrolls 320 participants across 47 centers in China to evaluate lung function preservation.
