Galaxea releases its Open-World Dataset and the G0 two-part robot model

Galaxea published a large set of robot demonstrations recorded in real homes and workplaces on one robot type, with step-by-step language labels, and a model called G0 trained on it. G0 couples a vision-language model that plans with an action model that executes, trained in three stages from general to task-specific.

• Data recorded in real living and working spaces, all on one robot design.
• G0 splits planning (vision-language model) from fine motor control (action model).
• Tested on tabletop handling, few-shot learning and long mobile tasks.
