Form Energy raises $405M and announces collaboration with GE Vernova

Form Energy raised a $405 million Series F led by T. Rowe Price, bringing total funding above $1.2 billion. GE Vernova joined the round and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Form to provide manufacturing and engineering expertise for ramping production at the Weirton, West Virginia factory.
