Faraday Factory Japan opened its Zama facility in Kanagawa Prefecture, designed to manufacture up to 1,000 kilometres of 12-millimetre REBCO tape per year. The facility represents a significant expansion of global HTS tape capacity to serve growing fusion reactor and power transmission markets.
