Factorial Energy earned UN 38.3 safety certification for its 100+ Ah cells, the first lithium-metal solid-state battery maker to achieve this standard. The certification covers transport safety requirements through testing on crush, thermal, vibration, shock, external short circuit, altitude simulation and forced discharge.
