Eviden selected to build Alice Recoque exascale supercomputer with AMD MI430X GPUs and SiPearl Rhea2 CPUs

EuroHPC and the Jules Verne consortium signed with Eviden to build Alice Recoque, named after a French computer pioneer. The machine pairs AMD Venice CPUs and MI430X GPUs with a partition of European SiPearl Rhea2 processors, linked by Eviden's BXI v3 network and cooled with warm water. Installation starts in 2026.

• System contract €354.8M, half from EuroHPC, half from France, the Netherlands and Greece
• Whole project €554M over five years including operations
• Above one exaflop/s in double precision, under 15 MW
