DJI ends repairs for the Phantom 4 Pro V2 on October 31 and tells owners to buy new

Phantom

DJI will stop product inquiries, technical support and repairs for the Phantom 4 Pro V2 and its accessories from October 31, 2026. Agras T16 and T20 spraying drones, the MG-1P series and the original Osmo Action lose service on November 2. DJI's notice tells owners to upgrade to a newer product, without naming a successor for the agricultural drones.

  • The Phantom 4 Pro V2 left production in August 2022, giving it about four years and two months of service, the shortest Phantom window since the Phantom 1.
  • The Agras T16 and T20 left production in 2020 and 2021.
  • The Phantom 4 Pro V2 can keep flying legally after October 31, because its Remote ID broadcast firmware stays active.
  • Foreign-made drones were added to the FCC Covered List in December 2025, and no new DJI model has received FCC authorization since.
