Phantom opens a prepaid Visa debit card to US users, spending CASH balances directly

Phantom opened its money features to everyone in the US, including a virtual prepaid Visa card issued by Lead Bank that works with Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card spends the user's CASH balance, which converts one-to-one with dollars, without first moving money to a bank.
