Prime contractor CoAspire flight-tested its Rapidly Adaptable Affordable Cruise Missile (RAACM) with airframe structures made by Divergent. First fuselages, wings and fins arrived by week 10, integrated rounds were in ground testing by week 14 and flight test occurred at week 16 from clean-sheet start.
- RAACM approximately 500-lb MK-82 bomb-class cruise missile with deployable wing and turbojet
- Divergent delivered fuselages, wings and fins within 10 weeks; ground testing completed week 14; flight week 16
- Clean-sheet-to-first-flight in 16 weeks using Divergent's DAPS combining AI-driven design, additive manufacturing and robotic assembly
- Successful test satisfied both customer and programmatic requirements
