Chugai, a Roche group company, signed a joint research and licence deal to build antibody drugs against targets Gero finds in human data. Chugai gets exclusive worldwide rights to research, make and sell the antibodies. Gero receives an upfront payment, up to about $250M in development and sales milestones, and royalties on any product.
