BioAge doses first participant in QUELL-CV, a 160-person Phase 2 trial of BGE-102 in obesity with high inflammation

BioAge dosed the first participant in QUELL-CV, a randomised, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial testing 30, 60 and 90 mg daily of BGE-102 in about 160 adults with obesity and raised inflammation. The main endpoint is hsCRP change over 12 weeks, with topline data expected in 2H 2026.

• Phase 2 trial design tests three once-daily doses (30, 60, 90 mg) to characterize dose-response and support selection.
• Primary endpoint measures percent change from baseline in hsCRP over 12 weeks, assessing NLRP3 pathway inhibition.
