Army names its new tiltrotor the MV-75 Cheyenne II
At the Army Aviation Association of America conference in Nashville, the Army named the aircraft MV-75 Cheyenne II, after the Cheyenne tribes. It is the first entirely new aircraft type to join the Army since the 1980s.
