Arbitrum Stylus mainnet upgrade ships, enabling WebAssembly smart contracts

Arbitrum deployed Stylus on mainnet, allowing developers to write smart contracts in Rust, C, and C++ compiled to WebAssembly. Stylus contracts run significantly faster and cheaper than Solidity, with some tests showing 70x speedups for compute-intensive workloads.
