Arbitrum One mainnet launches, opening to all users

Offchain Labs launched Arbitrum One on mainnet, allowing any user to deploy smart contracts and interact with the rollup. Arbitrum batches transactions on Ethereum for settlement, reducing gas costs by 10-100x compared to mainnet.
