Amca raises $300M Series B at a valuation above $1B

Amca raised $300M led by Caffeinated Capital, with Lightspeed Venture Partners joining existing backers, at a valuation above $1B about 18 months after it was founded. It runs six factories in California, Iowa and New York and will spend the money on more factories and on spreading its RAPID platform, already used for F-35 and airliner parts.
- Six factories with more than 123,000 sq ft of qualified production space.
- Named customers include BAE Systems, Airbus, Textron, Bombardier, Honeywell and GE Aerospace.
- Claims RAPID delivers parts 67% faster than the existing supply chain.
- Most recent purchase before the round: power electronics supplier BC Systems.
- The $76.5M Series A came in April 2025.
