Amca acquired Aerospace Control Products (ACPI) of Davenport, Iowa, which makes pressure and liquid-level switches for flight-critical systems on aircraft including the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 MAX. Amca plans to invest in ACPI's factory to add capacity for customers struggling to get parts.

  • ACPI was founded in 1979; its president Aaron Ellis stays involved.
  • Adds to Amca's hydraulics components platform.
