Alibaba invests in Hello robotaxi venture; service launches in Liyang

Alibaba announced a strategic investment in Hello's robotaxi business. Hello launched commercial service in Liyang, Jiangsu in September 2025, expanding beyond its initial Zhuzhou deployment. The company plans to deploy over 50,000 robotaxis globally by 2027.
