TruAge is a DNA methylation test that reports biological age through three independent epigenetic clocks and measures aging across 11 organ systems using 75+ methylation biomarkers.
Consumer test available; used by 30+ clinical research studies; L'Oreal partnership begun March 2025.

TruAge comes as a mail-in saliva kit. The user collects saliva, mails it to TruDiagnostic's lab, and receives results online.
The lab measures where methyl groups sit on DNA, chemical tags that change with age. Different patterns point to different biological ages.
TruAge calculates biological age three ways using different algorithms, then reports all three so the user sees whether they agree.
