Physics limits

One year is not lifespanTrue aging reversal takes years to demonstrate via lifespan or long-term morbidity. One-year trials can show functional improvement, but must extrapolate to predict true healthspan extension.
Aging is not uniformPeople age differently depending on genetics, environment and prior health. An intervention that works in a trial population may not generalize to all older adults.

One-year randomized trials (2026-2029)

Finalists test treatments with 100-200 participants aged 50-90. Must show 10+ year function improvement in one domain.

Awards

Milestone payments and $81M grand prizes

Top performers get $1M per milestone during trials. In 2030, winners share up to $81M based on results.
