Graphene coating on lithium metal anode prevents dendrite formation and enhances cycle life.

Abundant, lower-cost materials

Sulfur is 1000x more abundant than cobalt. No nickel or manganese mining reduces supply-chain risk.

Lyten develops high-energy lithium-sulfur batteries using 3D graphene. The batteries offer double the energy density of lithium-ion with 50% weight reduction and lower carbon footprint. Lyten acquired Northvolt's Swedish plants in February 2026.
