Lyten completes acquisition of Northvolt's Swedish battery plants
Lyten completed acquisition of Northvolt's Swedish assets in Skellefteå and Västerås for approximately $5B, gaining 16 GWh of battery manufacturing capacity and Europe's largest battery R&D center.
